Quick and easy check-in, plus the prices are great! The rooms here are pretty quiet and well-kept, each with two double beds. The staff is super efficient 👍. The location is excellent, being close to stores.

. you can hear people walking and talking in the hallway. "should have been a little more sound prof" . got back at 4am and couldn't open the door, went over to the front desk and they said oh there's a glitch in the system so we have to disable the key. " i mean c'mon it's your end faults. . the assitant doesn't seems to care because he's on the phone with someone else instead of customer servise.

Price good, staff friendly, nice bkfst, good location,
Told W/P not working, pool water cool so unable to use, police there when we arrived and kept driving through parking lot for hours, many young people there and not sure if they worked there or were staying there or just hanging out there, but they were s/w noisy into the night because building not very soundproof. Cant say it was unclean, but in need of updates (carpet, tv, plaster, etc). When tried to go in the w/p, I was told it wasn't working by one of the young girls sitting near it. She stated," Honey, if it were working, I'd have my thick black ass in there!"

The front desk person who checked us in on Thurs (10-8-15) and that same person checked us out on Sun (10-11-15) she was such an awesome person, I wish I would have gotten her name.
No microwave in room and only a tiny fridge. Bathroom toilet was dirty, Room not cleaned until Sat. Very disappointed stay.

The hotel was clean with particularly good location to convention center and beautifully maintained rooms. The room we had included climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. The services were excellent, offered us excellent free Wi-Fi. Location: the venue was not far from Econo Lodge and the garden by the front door. It was at walking distance from Coney Island Hot Dogs, serving fast food...

The front desk ladies were very nice.
There were very loud people running through the halls as late as 2:30 in the morning. They woke me up several times, 10:30, 12:30 and 2:30, approximately. Unless the front desk personnel were sleeping, these people were so loud they should have heard them. The walls paper thin. There were people getting in their cars outside my window at 10:30 p.m. and they were so loud I couldn't hear the TV in my room. I was on the 2nd floor! The stairs that I walked up to get to the 2nd floor were absolutely filthy with a bag of trash sitting at the bottom of it, and this was 10:00 at night.

Convenient location. AND - helpful staff. The evening check-in girl at the front desk "sincerely tried to help". ALSO - the next morning -- another girl at the front desk assisted my husband to print a document. She was also helpful!
NOT sure if it's YOUR fault or there's. They did NOT find our reservation. We "tried" to check in and they could not find ANY reservation for us. They saw the confirmation we received from YOU -- but they did not have in computer. Took a long time --- and more guests were trying to check-in. She finally called a manager... still no luck. People waiting behind us. Finally she said ... we can treat you as a walk in -- but we'll have to serve the guests that are next in line. WHAT? Now go to the "back of the line up"... We said... we are next in line. She said, sorry, you're right and found us a room. NEXT -- there was a "used kleenix" on the night stand... and little "hair balls on the night stand" AND my husband said the next morning ... shake your towel good because there is hair on the towels... ???? Maybe something in their dryer??? Lastly -- two girls came up to the front desk while we were trying to get a room.... they said: The bed looks like someone laid on the top of the bed -- and there is "hair on the sheets"... plus they said "the toilet is clogged". Even though the location is good for business in the area and the price was good for a short overnight stay -- we won't go back.
